Why did POWEReasy trip?

The site has observed an arcing event. Arc are the highest category of electrical risk that can lead to fires. Arcs are observed if there are broken, exposed or loosely connected wires. These Arcs have a local temperature of 3500C and hence can ignite most materials in its vicinity. POWEReasy has tripped to prevent these arcs from leading to fires.

What could be the root cause of the arcing fault?

Arcing faults are most often caused due to poor quality of electrical wiring, loose connections or in some cases degraded electrical equipment. it is crucial that the source of these electrical arcing event is identified and fixed. An audit report from POWEReasy can help analyze any dependency on specific load and their electrical circuit paths that could be suffering from arcing events.

Can you use electricity under some precautions? What are these?

Arcing is a critical fire risk. It is advised that not to use electricity till the faulty circuit is identified and the issue is isolated.
