Any electricity consumer will first focus on ensuring safety. As the site becomes operational the focus shifts towards enhancing stability to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation. Finally, in the longer run users want to achieve sustainability to not only become social responsible but to also lower operating costs. A consultation with a smart electricity expert helps define, measure and evaluate the overall goals. The smart electricity expert assist users through the following stages to reach the next level of operational excellence: 1. **Engagement stage:** The smart electricity expert performs a consultation to identify the key challenges and future goals for the business.
